Chrissy Muchenagumbo RN, MBA is the Founder and Principal Consultant of CM Consultancy Group. She is a Registered Nurse and senior healthcare consultant with over 24 years of experience across emergency care, community nursing, continence services, clinical governance, executive leadership, and healthcare advisory.

Chrissy holds a Master of Business Administration and is recognised for her ability to bridge the gap between clinical practice and business strategy. Her advisory work focuses on governance improvement, workforce capability, compliance oversight, operational risk management, and sustainable service delivery.

Chrissy also leads Rhema Healthcare Solutions, a specialist clinical service provider. Through CM Consultancy Group, organisations receive practical healthcare consulting and executive advisory support grounded in operational realities, ethical leadership, and long-term organisational sustainability.
