Why is there a fee for the initial consultation?

The initial consultation is a professional advisory session delivered at executive level. It involves risk assessment, regulatory interpretation, and strategic guidance. This is not a sales call or introductory chat.

No. The initial consultation ensures that advice is appropriate, ethical, and aligned with your scope, qualifications, and regulatory obligations.

In some cases, the fee may be credited toward a larger advisory package. This is determined at the discretion of CM Consultancy Group.

Verbal strategic guidance is provided during consultations. Written reports, policies, or formal documents are scoped and priced separately.
